The journey to getting healthy is often a long, difficult one, and while it is easy to find the motivation at first, the ability to stay motivated is what will really help you to reach your goals. Unfortunately, staying motivated isn’t always easy. After a few weeks of coming to our CrossFit gym in Henderson, you may find yourself making excuses about why you can’t make it to the gym. Luckily, CrossFit 2 Serve is here to help! The following is a list of tips to help you keep your motivation for CrossFit:
#1. Work towards a goal.
Set a real, attainable goal that you can work towards. “Losing weight” or “getting in shape” are too general. Determine how many pounds you want to drop or the fat percentage you want to drop down to and select a date. Having something to work towards will help you to stay motivated.
#2. Make CrossFit a part of your schedule.
Don’t think of CrossFit as something you can only do when you have time, make it a part of your schedule. Something will always come up, and it is all too easy to push your workout back when it isn’t a regular part of your schedule.
#3. Lean on your CrossFit family!
