Grand canyon
Click Here …….We are 1/4 of the way through the month and the question is what are some things that we are doing outside the gym? Are these things lining up with our goals? We are complacent with many things in life, reality is what you put into you will get out of! So
question is if not now then when! For those of us who stepped forward into this months challenge to lose 10lbs lets start to move aggressively towards doing the things that will get us there! Remember there is always a challenge in change so lets start taking our challenges on and watch the change take place!
We had a opportunity this weekend to hike the Grand canyon from rim 2 river 2 rim 18 mile journey taking 13 hours and we had another group that hiked rim2rim2rim 46 mile taking 22 hours 22 hours! I love this picture because this is what our last 4.5 miles looked like and it just reminded me that we face canyons like this everyday! Some of us do not bother to even think about conquering it and others find a way to grind it through to the finish! I encourage you to take this day and look at what Canyon in your life has been a stumbling block and let’s not look at how long it may take instead let’s look at how much joy it will bring!
