On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me, 1 – 100 meter run

On the second day of Christmas my true love gave to me 2 Handstand push ups, 1- 100 meter run…..and so on!

1st Day – 100 meter Run

2nd Day – Handstand Push Ups

3rd Day – Ring Dips

4th Day – air squats

5th Day – Box Jump (20,24)

6th Day – Sit ups

7th Day – SDLHP (75,95)

8th Day – Burpee lateral bar over

9th Day – Wallballs (14, 20)

10th Day – Toes 2 Bar

11th Day – Thrusters (75, 95)

12th Day – Renegade Push ups
