7 sets for heaviest weight of the the complex: 1 Snatch Deadlift + 1 Squat Snatch Snatch Deadlift
the bar up to your hip, keeping the bar close to your leg, begin to return the bar to the floor slowly (3 second count) and stop just before the barbell touches the floor, then start your full Snatch without letting the bar touch the floor.
