Hello CF2S athletes! Congratulations on this years monthly challenges some have been easy and some been very difficult! We are highly motivated to keep our community focused on finishing the year out strong! So with that said I wanted to introduce Decembers Challenge and this is a combination of all of this years challenges! Starting Monday December 1st the challenge is for 30 days everyday besides Sunday of a: 1mi run or walk, 20 burpees, 20 air squats, 20 sit ups, & 20 sec plank hold! This amount of work has to be completed everyday without any make up days! Lets finish this year off strong going into 2015 with a solid base to attack our new goals. Let us start looking this month at our goal board and how close we are to hitting some of the goals that have been set before us!
