Hello CF2S athletes, It is about that time of the year for the CF2S Games! It’s a day to bring friends and family out to CF2S to watch you Crossfit and enjoy some good Bar B Que:) The event will go from 9am – 5pm depending what time your heat will be competing at! We will also be celebrating our two year anniversary on this day so if you have a friend or family member who has never tried CrossFit or never tried CrossFit at CF2S bring them out, we will be doing a FREE intro on this day! Below are some basic movements that will be in this years event and of course RX will have a few surprises:)

We are asking our members to bring a side dish we will be cooking the burgers!
