Happy New Year CF2S members!

Their are so many awesome things this past year that God has blessed me and my family with and one of them is having a relationship with you as members. I am so thankful to have such wonderful people to encourage me through my daily walk in life. It never seems to amaze me, how awesome God is  just when I think that I am coaching and motivating you guys as clients. God starts to show me how I am the one getting motivated and encourage by you!

What are some things or someone that you have been thankful for this past year in your life?

Now it’s time to press on into 2014! Have you started to set any long term or short term goal? Well we as a gym are putting a wall together, which will list a profile picture of yours and 4-5 goals that you would like to achieve in 2014. These goals can be physical, spiritual, emotionally or anything that has been heavy upon your heart! If you haven’t already send in or  hand us your 2014 goals and also remind us to take a picture of you. By having our goals on the wall it will help keep us accountable and also allow other members with a little insight on how to encourage us through out the year.

Remember: Without a goal discipline is self punishment.

Our gym vision/goal is to transform lives in the community from the inside out! Maybe one of your goals this year is to transform your life from the inside out.

20 AbMat Sit-ups
14 Push Jerks
20 Pull-ups
14 Front Squats
20 Push-ups
14 Walking Lunges
20 Lateral Bar Jumps
14 Jumping Squats
20 Kettlebell Swings
14 Thrusters
20 Burpees
14 Deadlifts
Weight will be the same for all barbell movements. men 75lb, women 55lb.. Lets start this year off right 20 reps followed by 14 reps also to throw a twist in we are doing 14 different exercises. WOW:)
