We all want results….but how do you explain to someone that you are in better shape now than you were last year. Do you measure your fitness by how many times you scanned  your card at the gym or how many days in a row you have sat at the juice bar discussing your perfect routine that you got from muscle Mag:) Ask yourself how have I measured my fitness over the last year? The main concept behind CrossFit  is measurable, observable and repeatable results . We can give you a task-a wod and record how long it takes you to finish or how many reps you complete to a specific standard, and we can retest. Faster times, heavier loads, and increased reps equals progress. Pretty straightforward.
