There are NO make up day’s on the challenge!
February’s challenge will be 1 mile a day everyday except on Sunday’s! The 1mi can be walked or ran but has to be done at one time not broken up, and the only time you can use the 1mi from the workout is if the warm up or workout has a 1mi consecutive run! Example: You can not use 200m or 400m runs and add them up to equal your 1mi run!
