Hello CF2S Ragnar & Ragnar Ultra team! I have attached the July running schedule for the Ultra & regular Ragnar team! If the training days do not fit your schedule you may switch the days of your runs! We have a little over sixteen weeks so we want to be aware of how our body feels over the next few week especially if your CrossFit! If you don’t CrossFit it is important that you implement a strength & conditioning program into your schedule! At the end of July I will be sending over August’s running schedule , so it is important that you’ve give me feedback on how your body is performing and recovering from the training! Because we are starting to run a lot of miles it is that much more important to have a mobilizing routine! I have attached just one of many video’s of Kelly Starrett who is the king of mobilization!
