Hello Ragnar runners! I wanted to remind everyone about tomorrows 1st day of training! Remember the regular Ragnar team is running 3mi at any pace and the ultra team is running a 5k time trial! I wanted to also make sure you guys look at the running schedule posted in the gym to make sure it matches up with what you have! I know some of you on the ultra team did not have on your schedule  a 10k tim trial July 4th. Well if you did not know now you know, if there is any further questions please call, email, all pull me aside in the gym!
