Hello CF2S athletes! We are now coming to the end of our May Challenge which was to lose 10lbs! Tomorrow will be the weigh in and even if we did not hit our mark let’s make this summer the season that we start to push the intensity in all area’s of our life! Don’t let the summer month’s put you into vacation mode in the gym because it will just be that much harder to start once you take the lay off! Please let me or the coaches know what we can do to help you start reaching your goals! Remember we have our goals on the wall not just for show, but it is for you to utilize it as motivation and accountability to hitting that goal!

We are still looking for more runners for our three Ragnar teams that will be racing in November…ask about details!
