We have a short week this week so you know what that means, it is time to put some work in! It has been a great month seeing everyone making great gains in their lifts, dropping weight or just including health and fitness in their daily routine:)

Knowing that the holiday season is here, it is important to stay consistent in our daily training routine and more importantly what we eat. Here at CrossFit 2 Serve we are a firm believer in the Paleo eating plan. To learn more about Paleo, go to the nutrition tab on our website.

Remember most people start their exercise routine and eating routine at the first of the year. Those that are serious about their fitness start  at the end of October. The biggest part of eating well and training consistently is having a goal in front of you that seems to big to conquer . What is that goal that you have for the 2014 year? This may be running a 5k, a marathon, decreasing body fat%, learning a new sport, getting healthier to keep up with the kids, get off medication, or just looking for better flexibility! We are looking forward to hearing what that goal is here at CF2S.

Remember: Without a goal discipline is self punishment!
